Requirements and things to consider when renting a cabin:

There will be no smoking permitted in cabin or on property due to health, safety and fire hazards.
An agreement must be signed stating that the total cost of negligent damages caused by you, your children or your pets will be paid in full at the end of your stay.
All guests must agree to read and become familiar with the cabin rules and regulations (i.e. proper use of propane stove, solar operation etc.)
It is required that an assumption of risk waiver form be read, understood and signed prior to your stay.
It is required that a registration form be filled out and a deposit of 30% of the accommodation cost be paid at the time of booking.
Cancellation with less than 10 days notice may be subject to a fee of 50% the value of the accommodation if unable to rebook. Cancellation on less than 24 hours notice are subject to 100% cancellation fee. However,these cancellation fees can be applyed to a future booking.
